As a response to the Fukushima catastrophe a pdf of the Recommendations is free to download (1.35Mb)
と いうことなので、誰か 訳してくれないかな? (<- 人まかせ)。
(追記) 美浜・大飯・高浜原発に反対する大阪の会が ECRR 2010 Recommendations を 訳されていました (5月 13日現在、11章まで)。
