The seminer uses Flash 7, and should thus work on all Flash-supported platforms including Linux.

Unzip the file that you download and open the Index.html (by your brouser) that's in the main directory.

(追記) work (作業用) ディレクトリを つくって、そのなかで 展開したほうが いいですヨ。
