It makes what Issac Asimov in his wonderful science fiction novel "The End of Eternity" might have called "minimum necessary change" to the license to archive these goals.

Of course he was referring to the dangerous changes to reality that could becaused by time travel, and I'm only talking about license text, but the principle is the same :-).

その license が 目指すところは Issac Asimov が 彼の すばらしい SF小説 "The End of Eternity" のなかで おそらく 「必要最小限な 変更」と 呼んだものに 当たる。

もちろん 彼は (そこでは) タイムトラベルによって 引き起こされる 現実への 危険な 変化に 触れており 私は ただ license の text について 語っているに すぎないが。 しかし その本質は 同じだ :-)。
